Service Description

Chief Staffer is an AI-powered chief of staff for Google Workspace. The service provides intelligent delegation, proactive monitoring, and organizational memory through integration with your Google Workspace account.

Alpha Program

Chief Staffer is currently in private alpha. Access is granted on an invitation basis. Features, pricing, and availability may change during the alpha period. We will provide reasonable notice before any material changes.

Account & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google Workspace credentials and any access tokens associated with Chief Staffer. You must be authorized to grant Workspace access on behalf of your organization.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Attempt to access other users' data or systems
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the service's AI models
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Exceed reasonable usage limits or attempt to degrade service performance

Data Handling

Your data is processed in a single-tenant environment. We do not use your data to train AI models, share it with third parties, or access it without your explicit authorization. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all data and content you provide to Chief Staffer. We retain ownership of the service, its algorithms, and any improvements derived from aggregated, anonymized usage patterns (not your individual data).

Limitation of Liability

Chief Staffer is provided "as is" during the alpha period. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days unless you request an export. You may request data deletion at any time by contacting us.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address at least 14 days before they take effect.
