Our vision

Everyone who uses AI holds one model of their world, and every AI they use understands them through it. Today each conversation starts fresh: you explain your clients, your prices and last month's decisions again, and a different AI means starting over. We believe the answer is not a smarter AI but a model of you that any AI can read.

The model is yours

Chief Staffer builds that model with you, from your own documents and conversations, and holds it as an asset you own. Connect any AI you choose, from Claude and ChatGPT to Grok or a local model, and each one works from the same understanding. Your model is yours: never sold, shared, or used for training. Over time you will be able to open it to the people you choose to work with.

Where it starts

We start with business operations. Chief Staffer is the first model built for how a business runs, grounded in your own facts. It can also author a custom model for any other part of your life, and the general model keeps growing. Personal and family models come next, so that one Chief can hold a single model of everything you run.
