What We Collect

When you use our website, we collect only the information you provide directly:

  • Waitlist form: Your name and email address
  • Contact form: Your name, email address, and message

We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties.

Single-Tenant Architecture

Chief Staffer uses a single-tenant architecture. Each customer's data is completely isolated — never mixed with other customers' data, never used to train AI models, and never accessible to anyone outside your organization.

Google Workspace Integration

When you use Chief Staffer with Google Workspace, the application accesses your Workspace data (email, calendar, documents) through Google's Domain-Wide Delegation with scopes you explicitly authorize. Your Workspace data is processed in real-time and is not stored beyond your active session, except for refined memory insights that you can review and delete at any time.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. This collects anonymized usage data including pages visited, time on site, and general location. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google Analytics.

Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies for authentication (when accessing the dashboard) and analytics cookies via Google Analytics. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Data Retention

Waitlist and contact form submissions are retained until you request deletion. Session data is automatically purged after 24 hours. Memory insights are retained until you delete them or close your account.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal data
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent for data processing
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format
