First, the engagement.

  1. A working session on your business.

    We talk through your services, clients, pricing, and the documents your practice runs on. You talk; we take notes. No forms, no homework.

  2. Tailoring.

    Chief Staffer ships with hundreds of professional document blueprints and a bench of advisors. We tune them to you: your document types, your section order, your standards, your voice. The generic parts are cut. What remains is your firm’s stationery, in working form.

  3. Installation, on your Mac.

    We install everything on your machine and connect it to the Claude apps you already use. Nothing is created in a cloud, because there is no cloud to create it in.

  4. Loading your business knowledge.

    Together, we bring in the materials that matter (past proposals, client notes, the numbers you live by) and build the first verified record of your business. You watch it happen, on your own screen.

  5. Training.

    We work real examples with you (your next proposal, your next client brief) until asking Chief Staffer for work feels like asking a trusted colleague. We leave when it does.
